Thought of the day 12-15-2015

014-2_thumb.jpgTime passes quickly, a lifetime is not as long as it seems when we are young. So knowing life is but a short journey, how would you want to remembered? Do you just want to live life existing? Or would you rather do something meaningful and that you love or enjoy? Service to your fellow human beings is one avenue you could choose. So many ways you could server others, it could be creating something to make life easier, a cure for a disease ,feeding the hungry or showing kindness and compassion. The things you can do to somehow help others is limited only by your imagination.

Helping others is one of the most admirable and noble acts a human can do and if you think about it, one day it may be you on the receiving end of the compassion, charity and helping hearts of others.  Trust me life can turn upside down quickly, I have experienced going from having it all to eating at a soup kitchen and living in my car and back again. Don’t take much to overturn the blessings you enjoy, therefore I say give when you can and be thankful regardless of your position in life. We all part of the big family called humanity and we should take care of each other.
